Carrier safety data displayed on this Service is sourced from publicly available FMCSA datasets. This data includes company names, addresses, fleet sizes, crash records, inspection results, and violation history as published by the U.S. Department of Transportation. This is public record data and is not subject to privacy restrictions.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and API key authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
