Protect every margin

Set margin rules by lane, equipment or customer once. Every tender is checked before it goes out: a thin margin warns, needs approval, or is blocked.

Frequently asked questions

What is TruckerPro for brokers?

A freight-brokerage TMS built for US brokers: tender loads, rank eligible carriers, control margins, run a carrier portal, and settle with carriers in one platform. Broker Basic covers single-carrier tendering, the carrier portal, invoicing and payables; Broker Everything adds waterfall and broadcast tendering, carrier scorecards, margin rules and factoring.

Do I need to be an asset-based carrier?

No. It works for pure brokerages, asset-based carriers who also broker, and 3PLs. Carriers get the brokerage tools on carrier plans from Mobile up.

How do brokers tender loads in TruckerPro?

Open Tender on a load from the dispatch board, pick carriers and send the offer. Carriers accept, decline or counter in the carrier portal or from the tender email; you accept or reject counters and advance to the next carrier from the tender page.

How does carrier matching work?

Find eligible carriers ranks the carriers in your own carrier list for the load’s lane, pickup date and equipment, using each carrier’s scorecard, capacity posted for that lane and date, and insurance on file. Carriers with the wrong equipment or expired insurance are left out of the ranking.

Can carriers self-serve?

Yes. Invite a carrier to the carrier portal from its carrier page. Carriers sign in to answer tenders, post available capacity, see their loads and payments, and upload documents such as proof of delivery, bills of lading and insurance certificates.

Is there a separate broker login?

No. Brokers log in through Company Login; the brokerage tools live inside the company account.
