1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Carrier Lookup service ("Service") operated by TruckerPro ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides access to publicly available carrier safety data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We aggregate, index, and present this data for informational purposes. We also offer premium features including detailed reports, analytics, CSV exports, and carrier monitoring through paid subscriptions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Free and Paid Access

Free accounts include limited carrier lookups with advertisements. Paid subscriptions ($29.99/month for unlimited access) and per-report purchases ($2.99 per carrier) unlock full carrier reports, analytics, exports, contact details, and an ad-free experience. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Per-report purchases are one-time and do not recur.

6. Data Accuracy

The carrier data displayed on this Service is sourced from FMCSA public datasets and third-party APIs. While we strive to keep data current and accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. You should verify critical data directly with FMCSA or the carrier before making business decisions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service
• Redistribute or resell data obtained from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

The Service design, branding, code, and proprietary features are owned by TruckerPro. FMCSA data is public domain. Your use of the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckerPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
